During our call, we will answer any questions you have and help you to:

Your first WEEK is always free!   Contact the studio to sign up today.

If you are brand new to Pilates we also highly recommend our using Intro Offer after your first free class - (two private Pilates sessions and one group Pilates session) so that we get to know you in a one on one setting. ***SPECIAL*** - RIGHT NOW YOU CAN BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE INTRO OFFER!!  This best helps us understand your personal goals and understand any pre existing injuries or weaknesses you may have. It also gives you an opportunity to get accustomed to the state-of-the-art Pilates & Barre equipment that you will be using in every group class and private session. After your Private Pilates Sessions, we are then best able to place you in Pilates classes that challenge you and fit your needs.

We have developed our pricing structure so that the more sessions you purchase, the lower the session pricing. We highly recommend our Auto-Pay programs, as they give you the best value AND include a reserved space in your Pilates and/or Barre class for up to a year!

If we collected your information from our intial call or email, and then signed you up in our system, you should have received an email from us with your username and password. If you did not receive one, you can either contact us, or you can create your account at the end of the check out process.

While women tend to dominate Pilates classes, Pilates holds so many benefits for men who are able to rise to the challenge! 

Yes...Pilates is a challenge, but whether you are a weightlifter, a marathoner, or just a guy who wants to stay in shape, Pilates can improve your performance and improve the quaility of your life.

Here are some of the benefits of Pilates for men:

  • Pilates helps to develop often neglected muscle groups. Some of your muscles, like those that dominate your daily movements, are stronger than others, and a big part of Pilates is focusing on those muscles that don't typically get a lot of attention. With Pilates, you'll move in certain ways to build muscles that you don't hit while lifting.
  • Pilates will improve your flexibility. In general, the more muscle mass you have, the less flexible you are. But Pilates focuses on stretching and thus helps prevent injuries and muscle strains while increasing your range of motion.
  • Pilates buildes core strength. Every Pilates exercise focuses on using your core to power movement in your limbs. Pilates also hits your transverse abdominals, the base ab muscle under your six-pack (and women love a man with a 6 pack!)
  • Live more consciously. Pilates forces you to pay attention—you've got to focus on your breath while working through each movement and concentrating on proper form. After a Pilates session, you'll feel refreshed and relaxed,which can carry over into the next day if you are luck!
  • Have better sex. Pilates strengthens the core and the pelvic floor, and men who practice it have greater control of this region of the body--need we say more?
